We’ve built pressure vessels that exceed 500+ tons in weight capacity and 26+ feet in diameter. All of our products are thoroughly inspected by our experienced quality control department, throughout every step of the fabrication process. Because of this, we achieve excellent welds, and get flawless fits down to the smallest details. You can’t find better quality anywhere else.
Custom Steel & Alloy Fabricating
Freeport Welding has over 1,400 ASME Section IX Qualified Welding Procedures. Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Inconel ®, Hastelloy ®, Duplex SS, Chrome-moly, Monel ®, Nickel. Whatever material you may need, odds are we have experience with it.
Cyclones, Skids & More
We build Cyclones of all sizes: Small, Large, Short, Tall, we’ve seen and built them all. We also have a reputation for doing jobs that other fabricators won’t touch, so keep us in mind for skids, duct work, reducers & cones, odd transitions, cylinders, vessel and tank internals, heavy plate, and scallops. We use our own custom software that’s been specially crafted for calculating odd angles and transitions, making unique projects quick and easy to manage.
